CONTRIBUTIONS
Senior UX Designer - Design lead for the landlord platform experience, onboarding and bank application flows, bill pay integration, accounts dashboards. Worked with engineering team to maintain Storybook library. UX white boarding sessions, user interviews, UI studies and flow diagraming.
Problem Statement
1. A large majority of U.S. renters still pay their rent via check every month. This leads to a need for physical checks (waste), uncertainty of delivery (stress) for landlords, potential fees for late or bounced check (money lost).
2. Many independent landlords use multiple bank accounts and financial planning tools but miss out on earning interest from security deposits.
