The PAX Era platform is an omni-channel ecosystem comprised of Bluetooth enabled vaporizers, smart pods filled by brands across multiple states (think Nespresso for cannabis), a web based portal for brands to manage their product lines, proprietary machines designed to program and laser etch pods and a direct to consumer website. The ecosystem required a seamless hand off of data between all touch points to ensure a safe, reliable experience for customers and partners in a highly regulated industry.
